Matheson Heights Co-op is a 120 unit housing co-operative located in the heart of Champlain Heights community in South Vancouver. We are close to schools, recreation centres, convenience stores, libraries, as well as other amenities only minutes away; i.e., Champlain Square and Metrotown Shopping Centre.
Champlain Heights has been carefully planned to include natural landscapes, walking trails and parks that include Everett Crowley, Central and Foreshore Parks.
We have a variety of homes, including 40 apartments and 80 townhouses. There are 6 two-bedroom ground floor apartments that are wheelchair accessible.
Our townhouses have basements with access to a backyard. The 4 bedroom units have one and a half bathrooms and all the carports are covered.
The townhouses and upper apartments have balconies with backstairs while the lower apartments have cement patios.
The townhouses also have washer/dryer hookups while the apartment units have access to common laundry rooms. Storage space is available for all units – 2 storage rooms for the upper apartments; one storage room and outside locker room for lower apartments; and the two and three bedroom townhouses have a main floor storage room.
We have a community hall which is available for private and co-op functions. A child-friendly playground is located on site and a community basketball court is located nearby.
Champlain Main School (K to 7), Annex (K to 3), Captain Cook Elementary (K to 7) and Killarney Secondary (8 to 12) are all nearby. Langara College and UBC are accessible via the 49 Bus, which is within walking distance or a short bus ride.

We are pet friendly – cats, dogs, birds and fish are o.k. – subject to Vancouver city by-laws. Rabbits, Exotics, snakes and ferrets are not permitted.
We are currently accepting applications for all types of units. You must come to one of our orientations to submit an application. Applicants must pass a credit check prior to being considered for a unit.
We are no longer accepting applications for subsidy.
